Stolen Motor Vehicle Arrests

Upon arrival police were notified that the two suspects had fled the scene in a Nissan Pathfinder. Tewksbury Police located the vehicle, which was confirmed stolen out of Billerica, and attempted a motor vehicle stop. The vehicle’s operator refused to pull over. In an attempt to evade the police, the vehicle travelled Whipple Road into Lowell pulling into a driveway on Dayton Street where the occupants fled the scene on foot. Tewksbury’s K-9 Officer responded to the scene and began to track these individuals. A short time later two individuals fitting the description were found on Rt. 495 South at Exit 37 (Woburn Street) which is in close proximity of the stolen vehicle.

Through the investigation conducted by the Tewksbury Police Department, these two individuals, identified as Shaina McKenna, 29, of 1 Waco Circle, Chelmsford, MA and Jason Bourgeois, 40, of 20 Oregon Road, Tewksbury, MA were confirmed to be the suspects involved in the reported larceny and the stolen vehicle pursuit. The charges are as follows:

​Ch. 89 S. 4A Fail to Keep in Marked Lanes
