On August 6, 2019 the Tewksbury Police Department arrested Jason M. Labovich, 50, of 2 Berry St., Billerica for distribution of a class b substance, cocaine. Also arrested was Tina L. Greene, 48, of 17 North Maple St., Woburn for possession of a class b substance, cocaine.
Detectives were conducting surveillance in the area of Woburn Street when they observed Labovich and Greene conducting a drug transaction in the parking lot of Andy’s Variety Package located at 420 Woburn St. Both were placed into custody after the cocaine was located.
Both Labovich and Greene are due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on August 7, 2019
