Tewksbury Police Officers arrested 49 year old David Cronin of 55 Pratt Street, Tewksbury on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 for Possession of Child Pornography.
Tewksbury Police Officers were flagged down while at Market Basket, 1900 Main Street, for a credit card fraud incident and informed that a suspicious individual, later identified as David Cronin, was taking pictures or videos of young children. Officers determined during their investigation that Mr. Cronin was in possession of multiple photographs depicting child pornography. He was placed under arrest and booked at the Tewksbury Police Department. Mr. Cronin was held overnight on $5000.00 cash bail and arraigned at Lowell District Court on July 18th.
