Too many people are turned off to running simply by starting out too fast. This program will allow you to ease into a running program gradually. In fact, this beginners’ program is less of a running regimen and more of a walking and jogging program. Class will take place twice a week, with a third day routine sent home for you to do on your own. The idea is to transform you into the runner you’ve always imagined, and get you running 3.1 miles on a regular basis in no time!
