Yoki Restaurant will be hosting the 5th Annual Golf Tournament to benefit the Medford Family Network on Monday/October 3rd, 2016, at the Sagamore Golf Club in Lynnfield, Massachusetts. It is Yoki’s tradition to host this golf tournament yearly to benefit the many programs, family support and parental education opportunities that the Medford Family Network (MFN) provides free of charge to families who live and work in Medford.

MFN is also celebrating its 22nd Anniversary is year! Last year, this tournament raised over $10,000! That money goes directly towards programs and child care projects that the Medford Family Network provides. Your attendance is extremely crucial to this fundraising effort. Please join us and carry on this tradition! Tickets to play in the Tournament are $120 per golfer or $440 per foursome. Every ticket also includes a continental breakfast, driving range balls, golf cart and 18 holes of golf, lunch, refreshments & a dinner reception at Yoki Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar.

In addition, prizes are awarded to the top 3 teams, as well as, for Hole in One, Longest Drive, and Closest to Pin. During the reception, a raffle is held. If you are unable to attend but would like to make a donation to the MFN or donate a prize for the raffle, it would be greatly appreciated! You may send your contributions directly to Yoki Restaurant. Checks should be made payable to “Friends of Medford Family Network”. Contributions or golf registrations can be mailed to Yoki at 62 Station Landing, Medford, MA 02155 OR they can be dropped off to the attention of Phong Nguyen at Yoki. We hope you will be able to join this important fundraising effort! Questions? Please contact Phong Nguyen at: Phong@yokirestaurant.com or (781) 502 – 8836
