Adult Coloring, Fridays at 2 p.m.

Gather your friends for an adult coloring session and find out what all the fuss is about. The recent upsurge

e in popularity of adult coloring is, in part due to claims it can reduce stress. According to a recent CNN report, groundbreaking research in 2005 showed that anxiety levels dropped when subjects colored mandalas, which are circular frames with geometric patterns within it*

And, of course, it’s fun!
The Library provides all materials but you’re welcome to bring your own. You can join our regulars on Friday afternoon, or plan your own coloring get-together with friends at a time you prefer. Contact Donna Bryant, Public Services Librarian, at 508-653-0770 or referencelibrarian@comcast.net for additional information
