Beginning tonight (10/9) and running through Friday (10/11), Cambridge Police Officer Matt Brown’s winning dish from the first annual “Let’s Talk About Food – Men & Women in Blue Cooking Competition” will be featured on the menu at the Post 390 restaurant in Boston.

All proceeds from those who order Officer Brown’s salmon dish will be donated to The One Fund.

The “Men & Women in Blue Cooking Competition” pitted first responder agencies who were involved in the marathon bombing and manhunt against each other in a light-hearted cook-off to see who could cook the best dish.

Cambridge Police Officer Matt Brown beat out chefs from Boston EMS and Watertown Fire in the finals on October 5th in Copley Square.

Attached is a photo of Officer Matt Brown preparing his winning dish and a close-up of the finished product.

Please see the attached press release for more information and contact me if you have questions.
