Oliveria's Brazilian Restaurant Everett
On Friday
December 9th our Secret Critic visited Oliveria's Brazilian Restaurant located at 749 Broadway in Everett and ordered
the Brazilian Rodizio. Rodizio is a style of restaurant service in Brazilian restaurants. One pays a fixed price
and the waiters bring an offering of food to each customer at several times throughout the meal, until the customers signify
that they have had enough. In churrascarias (Brazilian Steakhouse), servers come to the table with knives and a skewer, on
which are speared various kinds of meat, most commonly local cuts of beef, pork, or chicken. The surroundings were pleasant
and the service was fantastic and the experience was a bit exiting to be there as well. A full bar off to the side on the
restaurant made for a quiet place for romantic conversation a night cap. Boston News Group Critic gave Oliveria's a thumbs
up!
